NATURAL STONES
The usage of natural stones as a design element dates back to the very first civilisation and has always remained as an important part of architecture throughout history. Today, it remains an original medium of creativity and one of the most sort-after materials for construction. Over the last 25 years, we have sourced, supplied and installed a variety of natural stones: marble, granite, travertine, basalt, lava stone, limestone, sandstone, etc., to clients in Sri Lanka, Seychelles and the Maldives.
TERRA COTTA
Similar to natural stone, Terracotta also has an ancient history. It’s a type of earthenware with the unique ability to change over time - catching earth peculiarities and absorbing nuances and nature’s colours. As a product with a simple mixture of the 4 natural elements: fire, air, water & earth, it stands out as an eco-compatible product with the ability to characterize rustic ambiances. With today’s technology and craftsmanship, terracotta can be used to create artistic facades - adding elegance to buildings.

We have been the proud representative of INDEX S.P.A. in Italy for the last 15 years or more, covering both the Sri Lankan and Maldivian market.
INDEX S.P.A. manufactures waterproofing materials for the protection of residential, commercial and industrial buildings, and civil engineering structures. Products range from waterproofing membranes, special multifunctional waterproofing membranes, adhesive waterproofing membranes, waterproofing and transpiring under-tile sheets, and Canadian-style bituminous shingles.
The company also provides thermal insulation rolls and panels; and thermal insulation materials for floorings, walls, ceilings, and roofs. Additionally, they offers liquid products for refurbishing asbestos cement sheeting, primers, waterproofing liquids, paints, mastics for insulation panels, and sealants - damp-proofing render.

We have teamed up with CAESAR Ceramiche of Italy - a leading manufacturer of porcelain stoneware since 1988, whose name has been synonymous with high quality Italian porcelain stoneware, a perfect combination of technology, performance, functionality, and aesthetics. Over the years the company has become a reference point for stoneware ceramics for retailers and professionals in the design and architectural sector.
CAESAR is characterized since its foundation for the specialization in the production of only PORCELAIN GRES, thus guaranteeing high technical know-how on the material.
All Caesar products are 100% MADE IN ITALY “ and made in respect of people and the environment, for the most varied use in destinations around the world (porcelain stoneware floors and walls both for interiors, exteriors and even swimming pools).
Whilst Caesar is our High end supplier, we have teamed us with manufacturers in Greece, Spain Malaysia and China to cater to different market segments.
BITUMEN SHINGLES
Tegola Canadese S.p.A. is a subsidiary of the IWIS group - entirely Italian-owned, specializing in the manufacture and marketing of bituminous shingles finished with ceramized basalt granules or in metal coil, and photovoltaic tiles. Their portfolio also covers a wide range of accessories and complementary products for building every type of roof - including a ventilated roof. We have teamed up with Tegola for the last 18 years, creating roofs with Bitumen shingles in both Maldives and Sri Lanka. With the variety of designs they manufacture in metal & basalt granules designers and roofers have plenty to select for making their designs innovative and creative.
